Details: |
Down-hole screw pump is composed of rotor and stator.The
rotor is a single head screw with a circle section. The
inner chamber of stator is a twin-head screw. There is a
cavity "s"between rotor and stator. With continuous
revolving of rotor, the cavity "s" spirals up.
Lower new formed cavity sucks in liquid which is discharged
in upper pump. Oil revover and lifting is finished. |

Usage: |
1、Seating anchor:Landing
tubing anchor to designed depth,pulling up right hand rotating
3-4 circle,landing tube again,Seating anchor is realized.If
there is anytrouble in the process,pulling tube up 0.5-1m
to free anchor.
2、Free the anchor:Just pulling-up the tube.
3、Down-pass speed:Don't surpass 1.2m/s and slowdown in
shooting point. |
